  • How do I view multiple video angles at the same time?

    • Log in to FrontRow and view the event video page.
    • On the far right of the video, there is a bar with several different video layout options. To view video angles in various layouts, click any of the rectangles in the assortment.
    • If you wish to view a single video angle after switching to a layout, you can either click on the video angle within the layout or on the first red rectangular tab on the right sidebar.
  • How do I watch a single video angle?

    • Log in to FrontRow and view the event video page.
    • The default setting when you view the video is a single video angle.
    • To rotate between single video angles, click one of the red side arrows on the right or left of the video. These arrows will switch between the available video angles. The numbers in the upper right corner of the video indicate which camera the clips is from.
    • If you wish to view a single video angle after switching to a layout, you can either click on the video angle within the layout or click the first red rectangular tab on the right sidebar.
  • How do I leave a comment on the video itself?

    • Log in to FrontRow and view the event video page that you would like to leave a comment on.
    • Underneath the video, type your comment into the white box that reads "Enter your message".
    • Click Send.
  • How do I delete a comment on the video?

    • Please Contact Us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • How do I show comments on a video?

    • Under the video, there is a toggle button with the words "Chat". Click the toggle button to show comments.
  • How do I hide comments on a video?

    • Under the video, there is a toggle button with the words "Chat". Click the toggle button to hide comments if they appear on the video already.
  • What do the three symbols underneath the play button do?

    • The first icon jumps to the preferred start point of the video footage, the second icon auto-selects the preferred video number, and the third icon optimizes the video layout.
