Register

Provider

  • How do I register?

    You have the option to create a new FrontRow account or to register using a preexisting Microsoft, Google, or Facebook account.

     

    Create a FrontRow account:

     

    • Click Register in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • Enter your existing email address.
    • Create and confirm a password.
    • Click Register.

     

    Register using an existing Microsoft account:

     

    • Click Register in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • Click the Microsoft icon.
    • When automatically directed to the Microsoft account sign-in page, enter your email address and password.
    • Click YES to allow FrontRow to access this profile.
    • When redirected to FrontRow, click OK to continue or Change to alter your login information.

     

    Register using an existing Google account:

     

    • Click Register in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • Click the Google icon.
    • When automatically directed to the Google account sign-in page, enter your email address and click NEXT.
    • Enter your password and click NEXT.

     

    Register using an existing Facebook account:

     

    • Click Register in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • Click the Facebook icon.
    • When automatically directed to the Facebook account sign-in page, enter your email address and password.
    • Click Log In.

Login

  • How do I log in?

    • Once you have registered a new FrontRow account or an existing Microsoft, Google, or Facebook account, you can log in by clicking Log In in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • To log in with your FrontRow user details, enter the email address and password you registered with.
    • To log in with a registered Microsoft, Google, or Facebook account, click the respective icon and enter your login details.
  • Forgot username or password

    Forgot username:

     

    • FrontRow uses your email address as a username when logging in. Check your email accounts for a message from FrontRow during registration in order to figure out which email address you should use as the username.

     

    Forgot password:

     

    • Click Log In in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage.
    • Click Forget your password?
    • Enter the email address that you used to register with FrontRow and click Email Link.
    • Check your email for directions on how to reset your password from SapphireView Account Manager.
    • If you do not receive this email immediately, check your junk mail folder.
  • How do I change my password?

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • Click on your username in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage next to "Be a Provider".
    • Click Account Settings on the left panel.
    • Under "Security Settings", click Change next to Password.
    • Enter your current password and new password, then click Change Password.
  • How do I change the email address associated with my account?

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • Click on your username in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage next to "Be a Provider".
    • Click Account Settings.
    • Under Profile Settings, click Edit.
    • Change your email address and click Save.

Billing & Payment

  • What payment methods can I use?

    • The available payment methods include the use of a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Payment instructions can be found by clicking Payment Settings once you log in to FrontRow and navigate to your account page.
  • How do I change my billing information or payment method?

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • Click on your username in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage next to "Be a Provider".
    • Click Payment Settings on the right bar.
    • To change a payment method, click on your payment information to open the drop down "Remove" or "Edit" menu.
    • To remove a payment method completely, click Remove.
    • To edit the existing payment or billing information, click Edit.

Notifications

  • How do I follow an event, provider, or venue?

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • Navigate to the event page with the video still, provider, venue, and subscription information.

     

    To follow the event itself:

     

    • Click on the small red Follow button under the video still.
    • An alternate way to follow the event is to view the event video and click the "heart" icon under the video.

     

    To follow the provider of the event:

     

    • Click on the provider information underlined to the right of the event still.
    • Click on the small red Follow button underneath the provider icon.

     

    To follow the event venue:

     

    • Click on the venue information underlined to the right of the event still.
    • Click on the small red Follow button underneath the venue icon.
  • How do I unfollow an event, provider, or venue?

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • Click on your username in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage next to "Be a Provider".
    • Click Following on the right panel to see "Followed Events".
    • Click on the event that has the provider or venue that you want to unfollow.

     

    To unfollow the event itself:

     

    • Under the video on the event page, hover over the small red "Following" box underneath the provider icon to reveal the unfollow click.
    • Click Unfollow. Now this event will not appear on your "Following" page.

     

    To unfollow a provider:

     

    • On the event page, click on the provider that you want to unfollow.
    • On the provider page, hover over the small red "Following" box underneath the provider icon to reveal the unfollow click.
    • Click Unfollow. Now this provider will not appear on your "Following" page.

     

    To unfollow a venue:

     

    • On the event page, click on the venue that you want to unfollow.
    • On the venue page, hover over the small red "Following" box underneath the provider icon to reveal the unfollow click.
    • Click Unfollow. Now this venue will not appear on your "Following" page.
  • How do I see what I am following?

    • To see which events you are following, log in to FrontRow.
    • Click on your username in the upper right corner of the FrontRow homepage next to "Be a Provider".
    • Click Following on the right panel to see "Followed Events".

Subscription

  • How do I subscribe?

    To subscribe to a specific provider's subscription, navigate to the provider information page:

     

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • You can either search for the provider using the search tool in the upper right corner of the homepage or click on the provider name on an existing event page.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the provider page and locate the "Subscriptions" heading.
    • Click on the red subscription button for either a Season Pass or Monthly Pass. Before you purchase the subscription, you can view the available events by clicking on the red button for the respective pass.
    • To subscribe, click the red Subscribe button at the top of the provider page.
    • Follow the payment instructions to complete the subscription order.
    • Once the payment has been completed, you will be directed to the subscription page in which you can view the available events.
  • How do I unsubscribe?

    • Once you have subscribed and completed the payment, you cannot unsubscribe.
  • How much is a subscription?

    • The cost of each subscription is fixed by the provider and therefore varies.

     

    To view the cost of a subscription:

     

    • Log in to FrontRow.
    • You can either search for the provider using the search tool in the upper right corner of the homepage or click on the provider name on an existing event page.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the provider page and locate the "Subscriptions" heading.
    • Click on the red subscription button for either a Season Pass or Monthly Pass.
    • Click the red Subscribe button at the top of the page.
    • You can view the cost of this subscription by looking at the payment total.
